- Tele Marketing Executive**

Marketing Executive is responsible for empowering teachers on call to help them facilitate their classroom experience better via books and other learning solutions. Being part of Universal Books core and foundation team, the marketing Executive needs to be driven to build lasting relationship, understand the needs of teachers and students and market the right product to the educator. The job requires building relationships with educators and educational institute’s directors, understanding and researching the market, convincing and closing sales.

**Key Responsibilities-**

Visiting teachers at Schools, Coaching Institutes.

Connecting and Understanding problems and needs of Teachers & Institute Directors
- Understanding the test prep & K-12 segment and distilling important points to actionable strategies.

Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.

Sampling & Getting Feedback from Teachers & Book Sellers.

Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities

Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market

Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

Closing Sales Orders & achieving weekly targets.

Experience:

- 6 Month +

**Salary;
- 15K to 25 K +Incentive. Can earn upto 2.0Lakh**

Qualification Skill Required--MBA or B.Tech or B.Com

Strong Communication Skills - English & Reginal Language is required depending on states

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong Convincing Skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Internet
- Positive and Energetic Attitude

Excellent organizational and time management skills
