**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, answer their queries, and generate interest.

Follow a scripted sales pitch to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to potential customers.

Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Build rapport and establish relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence in the product or service.

Overcome objections and address customer concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Update customer information, including contact details and feedback, accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.

Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers over the phone.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.

Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to effectively navigate and update customer information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
