The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the business.Key Responsibilities:● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.● Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.● Maintain and update client database with accurate details and follow-up status.● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.● Understand client requirements and provide suitable service information.● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.● Prepare call reports and maintain records in CRM tools or Excel sheets.Required Skills & Qualifications:● Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support.● Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.● Ability to handle client queries and maintain a positive attitude.● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).● Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
