AREA SALES EXECUTIVE Delhi/NCR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Generate new business opportunities for:

Automatic Boom Barriers

Stack Parking Systems

RFID-based Access Control Solutions

Smart parking system


• Build and maintain relationships with builders, facility managers & property owners


• Conduct site visits, product demos & technical presentations


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms & close deals


• Coordinate with technical & installation teams for execution


• Track sales pipeline & report performance metrics

KPIS:

Achieve monthly revenue targets Acquire new clients

Drive higher lead-to-deal conversion rates

Ensure client retention & repeat business

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (automation, smart parking, Boom Barrier, stack parking, or infrastructure preferred)


• Strong understanding of parking systems & access control technologies


• Excellent communication & negotiation skills


• Ability to travel across Delhi NCR


• Familiarity with CRM tools & reporting
