**Executive Assistant**
- First Due, a leading SaaS technology company providing an end-to-end software platform for Fire and EMS agencies, is searching for a flexible, motivated, and organized executive assistant to support our C-Suite team. This person’s well-rounded background with prior experience in supporting C-Suite tech leaders will help them jump in from day one and support our busy team in a fast-paced company experiencing outstanding year-over-year growth.**The Role**
- As First Due’s Executive Assistant, you will:
- Partner with the C-Suite to support day-to-day business operations
- Maintain a heavy calendar of appointments with various demands and priorities, meetings and deadlines.
- Ingest a high level of time-sensitive, confidential and complex information and ensure the appropriate action is taken.
- Assist with travel arrangements both domestic and international as well as lodging, and meal planning as needed.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Support additional tasks as requested by the team.
- The Executive Assistant must enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment and display the ability to exercise sound judgment, learn the business, and provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers alike. **Skills, Experience, and Qualification**s-
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally supporting more than one leader simultaneously in a remote environment
- Experience in a SaaS tech company ideal
- Ability and experience working in a fully remote, multi-time zone organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- High ability to pivot and adapt; thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
