We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. **only 1-2 years of experience are Eligible for this mid-level role.**

**Responsibilities**
- Generate organic leads and conduct **B2B **lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct field sales to meet with potential clients and build strong relationships.
- Develop international business by identifying and pursuing opportunities in new markets.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, including providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Create and maintain a database of existing and new clients with complete details.
- Actively reaching out to existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions
- Taking full ownership from beginning to the end of the direct to customer sales partnership cycle.
- Build and keep long-term relationships with customers.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events.
- Create and share performance & sales reports with the founder
- Analysing sales date and patterns and adapting sales strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the product USP’s and integrate them across various content avenues to increase sales.
- Come up with extraordinary Advert ideas that convert sales
- Drive revenue growth objectives
- Lead generation through new business and existing, retained clients.
- Develop, implement, and manage a thorough and consistent process with appropriate metrics for pipeline management?
- Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.
- Continuously analyse market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the company

**Qualifications**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per monthProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
