You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and information about our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, billing problems, and other inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Stay updated on changes and updates to better assist customers.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system. Update customer profiles and document all relevant details for future reference.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality standards in all customer interactions. Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed consistently.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

**Adherence to Schedule**: Maintain a consistent schedule, be punctual, and adhere to break and lunch times to ensure proper staffing coverage.

**Feedback and Improvement**: Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to policies, products, or services to enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree is a plus.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and phone systems.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: From ₹10,739.00 per month
