**About The Role**:
We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS. This dynamic position requires a blend of customer service excellence and revenue generation acumen.

**Interview Process**:

- 1st round with HR team.
- 2nd & final round with Hiring manager.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation.
- Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements.
- Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work towards revenue generation through effective ticketing processes and upselling opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations.
- Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.
- Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
