**What Will You Drive?**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to buying, selling, or exchanging vehicles.
- Provide accurate information about CARS24 services, pricing, and procedures, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate teams.
- Follow up with potential customers, guiding them through the process and improving conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system for seamless tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed efficiently.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales support.

**Who We Are Looking For?**
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in e-commerce, automotive, or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [mention other relevant regional languages].
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
