- JEEVIKA: Over 3,200+ people employed at garment manufacturing units.
- HUNAR: Hunar is training, developing and supporting skilled professionals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**: The Trainer - Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for planning and conducting regular classes for the Debt Recovery Agent course under the Hunar Project, supported by HeroFin Corp. S/he will play a key role in designing and delivering effective training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum prescribed by Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council and conduct regular classes.
- Plan and execute sessions on basic banking function, debt collection and its legal and ethical aspects.
- Liaise with industry experts and plan guest sessions.
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate real life scenarios.
- Assist in the timely creation of batches and ensure proper documentation.
- Track course progress against milestones and objectives, ensuring the timely completion of classes.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate with 3 years of industry experience (Banking, Financial Services, etc.), out of which at least 1 year of experience should be as a DRA trainer.
- BFSI ToT Certification

**Salary**:

- 18-25k based on the experience and skill set.

**Skill Set**:

- Knowledge of banking industry, products and its legal framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
