**Certification Required**: DRA Certificate (mandatory)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Visit customers for collection as per bank guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of collections and updates.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

**Requirements**:

- DRA Certificate is mandatory.
- Good communication and basic reporting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
