**Job Title: Collections Agent**

**Location**: Gurgaon
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month (in hand)
**Shift**: US Timings (Night Shift)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in US Collections
**Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of US collections processes
- Ability to negotiate and resolve debt issues

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing outbound and inbound calls to US-based clients for debt collections
- Handling escalated issues and resolving disputes
- Negotiating payment plans and ensuring timely collections
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Ensuring compliance with US debt collection regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US collections
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle challenging conversations
- Willingness to work in a US shift
- Self-travel to the office in Gurgaon

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- US Collections: 1 year (required)
