Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executive

Location: Pune, Mohali, Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Screening on the set guidelines and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize your LinkedIn network to source and attract top talent in the IT industry
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Actively involved in onboarding and employee documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Requirements**:

- Need to have have a strong understanding of the complete recruitment life cycle
- Proven track record of hiring niche technologies like Pega, Appian, Mulesoft, RPA
- Strong LinkedIn network and sourcing skills
- Good hands-on experience in using AI recruiting tools, job portals like Naukri, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹398,715.39 - ₹800,000.00 per year
