Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in IT recruitment to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, along with supporting administrative executive responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Focus on IT hiring for multiple roles across different domains.
  • Maintain candidate database and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Handle basic HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Support administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, job portals, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Willingness to take on administrative responsibilities in addition to HR tasks.
  • Based in Pune and available to work from office.
