**Educational Qualification**:

- Any Graduation - Science/Commerce/Arts/Business Management
- Key Skills: Strong Verbal & Written communication skills (English) is must
- Experience in operating MS Office - Excel, Word, PPT making

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- End to End Recruitment - Managing end to end recruitment through sourcing, screening, scheduling & coordination, feedback collection, Document collection and post offer follow-up till joining.
- Understanding job description & job specifications.
- Sourcing & screening profiles through various medium like Job Portals, Job Posting, Referencing, Social Media and Professional, etc.
- Managing the entire process of recruitment cycle and closing the position within the stipulated time.
- Screening and selecting best matched profiles and taking initial telephonic interviews.
- Recruitment Analysis.
- Making & Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
- Handling Job Portals - Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc...
