Job Description – Recruitment Executive / Team Leader

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

About Us:

Hunt Mantra is a recruitment consultancy specializing in BPO, ITES, and corporate hiring across domestic and international markets. We are expanding our team and looking for Recruitment Executives and a Team Leader who are passionate about hiring, client servicing, and building careers.

Role: Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate management.
  • Work on bulk hiring, BPO, and corporate mandates.
  • Use job portals, databases, and social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with senior recruiters/team leader for requirement allocation.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for recruitment.

Role: Team Leader – Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
  • Allocate requirements and monitor performance to ensure closures.
  • Manage client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews for team members.
  • Ensure adherence to consultancy processes and recruitment best practices.
  • Work on critical positions alongside guiding the team.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of recruitment experience with at least 1–2 years in a consultancy leadership role.
  • Proven track record in bulk hiring/BPO recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet client SLAs.
