**Job Description - Recruitment Executive**

**Position**: Recruitment Executive

**Location**: Khar west

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
- Manage and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive/Recruiter (agency or corporate).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
