**Client Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure internship and entry-level job opportunities.

**Job Posting and Database Management**:

- Ensure job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect the roles.

**Collaboration and Networking**:

- Work closely with universities, career services, and other stakeholders to increase platform visibility.
- Attend career fairs, webinars, and events to attract fresh talent and foster partnerships with employers.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends to understand job market needs and expectations for early-career professionals.
- Provide insights and feedback on improving the platform’s offerings based on user needs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresher - 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in campus hiring or entry-level roles.
- Strong understanding of the job market for interns and first-time employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Passionate about helping young professionals start their careers.
