**Job Title: Recruitment Executive**

**Experience: 3-5 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,330.06 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
