**Job Title**: Recruitment Executive

**Report to**: Senior Manager HR

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring the timely hiring of
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, expectations, and to define key competencies for each role.
- Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the hiring process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Zoho ATS (Zoho Recruit) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
- roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
