**JD for IT Sales Executive / Sales Associate**

**Position**: IT Sales Executive / Sales Associate

**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in software sales

**Location**: Baner / Bavdhan (Hybrid)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client requirements and showcasing suitable software solutions.
- **Lead Management**: Qualify, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales closures.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Proposal & Presentation**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution for clients.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience in **selling IT software solutions**, such as CRMs, ERPs, or other IT services.
- Strong ability to identify potential clients and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the sales cycle and CRM tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software sales or IT services sales.
