**Position Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Baner
**Key Skills Required**:
- Expertise in Commercial Sales and Leasing.
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales.
- Strong ability to manage and engage with HNI clients effectively.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle commercial sales and leasing processes, ensuring smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within set deadlines.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance and market trends to the Sales Head.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition.
**Experience Needed**:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

**Salary Range**:
- ₹40,000 to ₹90,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
**Reporting To**:
- Sales Head
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales (Commercial): 5 years (preferred)
