**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at BlackRock Housing located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills ( Retail Residential )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Pay: ₹9,329.34 - ₹34,959.79 per month
