**Job Title: Business Development Executive - B2B Sales**

**Location**: Swargate, PUNE

**Job Type** : Full-Time

**Experience Required : Minimum 3 year in B2B Sales / Client Acquisition**

**Joining** : Immediate joiners preferred

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to pitch offerings.
- Manage the entire client onboarding process from lead to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Immediate joining is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
