By "knowing your emissions" with Votan, businesses can become top choices for clients, boost investment ratings, and avoid regulation penalties. **Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative for SAAS based carbon management platform **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for sustainable products and solutions. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sustainability needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively. - Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sustainability sector or related industries. - Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental issues, and corporate social responsibility. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary and commission structure. - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a growing company. - Comprehensive training and support to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Dynamic and inclusive work culture that values innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Day range: - Monday to Friday Shift: - Day shift Application Question(s): - What is your Current CTC? - What is your Salary Expectation? **Experience**: - Cold calling: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (required) - Sales: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: Remote **Speak with the employer** +91 7977065211
