
Customer Support Executive(Verification)

Help to resolve client’s query related to different verifications like Employment, Education and Criminal & Reference Checks.
- Ensure timely and accurate report delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify, share and support operational improvements.
- Documentation
- Client Relation Management
- Portal Updation
- Coordinating between Vendors & Clients
- Responsible for work in the absence of Vendors(when the vendors are on leave)
- Vendor Management
- Following up with vendors by mail.
- Completing reports. Requirements:
- Experienced and Fresher, both are welcome.
- Grammatically precise in written and spoken English.Good in MS Word.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
