**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Female)

**Location**: Noida Sector 3

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000 per month

**Experience** : Fresher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make inbound and outbound verification calls to customers.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and Video KYC processes.
- Ensure all customer data is accurately verified and documented.
- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Use CRM software to document and manage customer interactions.
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the verification process.
- Maintain a friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Positive and customer-centric attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
