About the role:
The role includes - sourcing by using different job portals, screening & closing the requirement within time.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determining appropriate selection criteria
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Designing interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- College degree
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: ₹10,009.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
