Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated 
Talent Acquisition Intern
 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in 
end-to-end recruitment
 and be comfortable handling both 
tech and sales hiring
. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and talent strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 
    end-to-end recruitment process
    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including 
    LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and referrals
    .
  • Effectively handle recruitment for 
    Sales and Technical roles
    .
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective 
    job descriptions
    .
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the 
    candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker
    .
  • Assist in improving the candidate experience by ensuring 
    timely communication and feedback
    .
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

What we need:

  • Prior 
    internship or work experience in recruitment
     (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in 
    hiring for both sales and tech positions
    .
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as 
    Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and networking
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.
