**Talent Acquisition Executive**

FuelBuddy is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our team in Gurugram. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in **B2B Industrial Sales hiring**. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in building our sales force and contributing to our rapid growth.

**This is an immediate-start, full-time position with a 6-day workweek (Monday - Saturday) from our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.**

Key Responsibilities
- **End-to-end recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for B2B industrial sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- **Expert sourcing**: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), and internal databases, to identify and attract top-tier Industrial/ Corporate/ Enterprise Sales talent. Continue to build a pipeline.
- **Hiring collaboration**: Partner closely with sales managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and secure hiring approvals.
- **Market intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability to maintain a competitive edge in hiring.
- **Employer branding**: Contribute to strengthening FuelBuddy's brand as an employer of choice in the B2B sales sector.

What We're Looking For
- **3 - 5 years of proven experience** in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on **B2B industrial sales hiring**.
- Experience in hiring professionals for **Industrial Sales, Corporate Sales, and Enterprise Sales** is highly required.
- A deep understanding of the **sales recruitment landscape, including compensation structures, target industries, and key skills required for success**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
