Job Title: Executive - Talent Acquisition Location: Sector 14, Gurugram Experience: 1 - 2 Year Working Days: 5.5 Graduate: Any Graduate Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the company attract and hire top talent. If you have a knack for sourcing candidates, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of recruitment best practices, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities: ● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates. ● Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. ● Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels. ● Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand. ● Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles. Skills & Qualifications: ○ Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration ○ Confident in using MS Office tools to support everyday HR operations ○ Discreet and dependable when handling confidential or sensitive information ○ Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities ○ Naturally proactive, curious, and always eager to learn and grow About HexaHealth: At HexaHealth , we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
