**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT Industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting recruitment targets.

**Desirable Skills**:
Recruitment experience in IT Industry.
