Intern - TA Data Transfer

The Opportunity / What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Transfer Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in migrating data between two recruiting systems. This role will involve ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the transfer process.

Your Role / What you will do at Ciena:
- Assist in the transfer of recruiting-related data between two recruiting systems.- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the structure of existing data and requirements for migration.- Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations during the migration process.

What we need from you- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- Experience with data entry or data analysis is an advantage.- Familiarity with HR or recruiting processes is a plus but not required.
