Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed company sales targets for electric rickshaws.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and end-users
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
*Marketing Strategy & Implementation:*
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that promote electric rickshaws.
2. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, digital content, and advertisements.
4. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and build brand presence.
*Market Research & Analysis:*
a. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the electric vehicle market.
b. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine sales and marketing strategies.
c. Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
*Customer Relationship Management:*
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and large customers.
b. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns.
*Product Knowledge & Training:*
a. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s electric rickshaw products, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
b. Provide training to dealers, distributors, and sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
*Budget Management:*
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
