We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our team and help us expand our client base.

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills who can work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Research Opportunities**: Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities. Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Sales and Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies. Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback. Use CRM software to manage client information and sales activities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
