Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research to identify new sales leads and potential customers.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals & presentations.
- Managing and updating the customer database.
- Tracking sales assignments and preparing reports on performance.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including handling expense reports and scheduling travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field would be preferred.
