**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them identify their needs and preferences for vehicle purchases.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and benefits, to effectively communicate and demonstrate to customers.
- **Sales Process**: Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, including test drives, financing options, and after-sales service.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Present pricing and financing options to customers, handle objections, and work to close sales in a manner that aligns with company objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Follow up with leads, maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including understanding availability and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Accurately complete sales paperwork, process transactions, and update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar retail sales environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the automobile industry, including knowledge of vehicle types, features, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with a variety of automobile brands.
- Knowledge of financing options and leasing agreements.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
