**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Lucknow market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Product Placement & Distribution**:Identify and capitalize on opportunities to place products in key retail outlets, distribution channels, and other relevant locations throughout Lucknow.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other partners.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to identify consumer needs, monitor competitor activities, and analyse sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Plan, develop, and execute marketing and promotional activities, including in-store promotions, local advertising, and events, to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Budgeting & Reporting**:Manage the sales and marketing budget for the Lucknow region. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Experience in the Lucknow market is highly desirable.
- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Communication, Data Analysis, Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
