We are seeking a motivated and experienced retired bank employee to join our sales team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in banking to build strong relationships with clients, identify their real estate needs, and guide them through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a retired bank professional looking to transition into a rewarding career in real estate sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, from property selection to closing.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features and amenities of available properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other documents as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

**Qualifications**:

- Retired bank employee with a minimum of [X] years of experience in banking or related fields.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
