A Sales Assistant responsible for driving company revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They often serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, managing the entire sales process from initial lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:Identifying potential customers, researching their needs, and developing strategies to engage with them.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Effectively presenting products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their concerns.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:Negotiating terms of sales agreements, closing deals, and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- **Customer Service**:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and forecasting future sales.
- **Market Research**:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- **Attending Trade Shows and Industry Events**:Networking and building relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- **Collaborating with Internal Teams**:Working with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
**Skills Required**:
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Effective communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Negotiation and Persuasion Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms, persuade customers, and close deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify customer needs, analyze data, and develop solutions.
- **Time Management and Organization**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and track sales progress.
- **CRM Software Proficiency**: Experience with using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales, and communicate with customers.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
