**Job Summary**:
The GM Sales will oversee the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

2. **Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team.

3. **Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.

4. **Sales Operations**:

- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports.

5. **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events to promote the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role in real estate.
- Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
