Job Title: General Manager - Production

Reports to: Managing Director/CEO

Location: Bhopal (Mandideep
- Industrial area)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement production strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business goals.

2. Production Operations:

- Oversee all production activities, including fabrication, assembly, and quality control.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

3. Performance Management:

- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and safety.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.

5. Quality and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Implement and maintain quality and safety management systems.

6. Cost Management:

- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in production management, preferably in a fabrication company.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at GM Position
- Salary : 8- 12LPA
- Good knowledge of Machines & Fabrication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
