**Educational Qualification : Must be B.E / B.Tech (Electrical, Mech, Electronics)**

This Position will report to the VP-Production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure raw materials availability for uninterrupted production.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet or exceed product specifications.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Control Rejections as per defined target.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve operational issues and ensure a positive working environment.

**Resource Management**:

- Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production goals efficiently.
- Work closely with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and reliability of resources.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance production efficiency.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
- Implement and promote a safety-first culture among production staff.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze production data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
