**Job Summary**: The General Manager (GM) Sales will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands a high level of leadership, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market in Lucknow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and brokers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Lucknow.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
