Position Title: General Manager (GM) Sales - Real Estate Sector
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
**Job Description**:
The General Manager of Sales for our company in Lucknow will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the sales efforts of our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in line with the company's objectives. They will need to have a strong understanding of the real estate market in Lucknow and possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and maximize sales revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Explore innovative sales channels and techniques to expand market reach and increase sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports for management review.
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting activities to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA in any stream preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Lucknow.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
