* Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for individual sales representatives.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the sales staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align strategies.
- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints or issues.
- Implement customer retention programs to encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
**Salary**: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
