As a Customer Experience Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers in their jewellery selection process.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer suitable recommendations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Tanishq's product range, including jewellery designs, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product features.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers, creating a welcoming and comfortable shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge and passion for jewellery, including different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
