Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Experience Executive will be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the overall shopping experience. Analytical skills will be utilized to gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to services and facilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred
