Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Experience Executive role located on-site in Mumbai and Thane. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers on a daily basis. (Female only)

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical Skills and Communication abilities along with presentation skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service and presentable as its a client facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Graduation is must
