Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Experience Executive role located on-site in Mumbai and Thane. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers on a daily basis. (Female only)
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication abilities along with presentation skills.
- Experience in Customer Service and presentable as its a client facing role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Graduation is must
