Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team specializing in Outdoor Advertising. This

role focuses on selling advertising solutions, such as billboards, hoardings, and digital screens, to Real Estate developers and

negotiation skills, and a strong ability to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new businesses in the Real Estate and Educational Institutions sectors for

outdoor advertising services.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Conduct meetings with potential clients, present customized advertising solutions,

and highlight the benefits of outdoor media for brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Assist clients in designing effective advertising campaigns and work with the operations

team to ensure timely execution.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat

business.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals for outdoor advertising contracts.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to adapt sales strategies

accordingly.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts for outdoor advertising

campaigns.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence. Provide

weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Client Support: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in Outdoor Advertising or similar sectors

such as Media Sales, Real Estate, or Advertising.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in Hindi & English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the outdoor advertising industry and its dynamics, including key platforms

and advertising technologies.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Independent, driven, and proactive with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet

deadlines.
- Networking Ability: Strong ability to network with industry professionals and potential clients.

Preferred Skil**ls**:
**Experience in Outdoor Advertising (billboards, hoardings, digital billboards, etc.).**
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Education sectors and how they leverage outdoor media for advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
